TODD FRAZIER, FRENCH HORN
Todd is an Arizona native, who for some strange reason only his parents know, grew up in Iowa. He attended Northern Arizona University and majored in music education, playing horn in every group available including the Flagstaff Symphony. After college, he taught K-12 music near Flagstaff in a little town called Ash Fork for three years, while his wife Leslie finished her Masters degree and started having children. The family ended up in Topeka where Todd joined the Topeka Symphony and changed to a career in business management. Nine years later, another move brought everyone to the Seattle area and Todd joined the Rainer Symphony, the Federal Way Symphony, Puget Sound Horn Society, and the Gateway Concert Band. He currently plays with Rainer and Gateway, and also subs for other orchestras in the area, arranges music and plays for church, and when he has time records multi-track demos for a composer-friend who writes for horn choirs. Of course, that wasn’t enough to keep him busy, and now he enjoys performing with the Black Diamond Brass.
